Controlled Substances
Spectrum Pharmacy Products is a leading supplier of Schedule II – V controlled substances used in
compounding applications. Controlled substances are utilized in pain management, hospice, sports
medicine, hormone, weight loss and many additional therapies. Controlled substances include DEA
Schedule II, III, IV, and V, and DEA List 1 and List 2 chemicals. Controlled substances are available
to customers with a valid DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate and a Controlled Substances
Signature Card on file with Spectrum.
DEA List 1 and List 2 chemicals require a Designation of Authorized Purchaser form.
