On-Site USP Compliance Assessment:
Industry-specific consultant conducts a 1 day on-site assessment evaluating pharmacy's facility and operations towards applicable United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards of practice. Upon completion of assessment, Spectrum will provide the customer with a findings and remediation report.
PCAB/ACHC Mock Accreditation Survey:
Consultant conducts a 1 day on-site assessment evaluating pharmacy's facility and operations towards applicable Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB)/Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) standards of practice. Upon completion of assessment, Spectrum will provide the customer with an accreditation findings and remediation report.
Premier Lab Design Support:
Consultant will provide off-site support to include a conceptual USP compliant design for (1) pharmacy's compounding clean room. Review of the current lab layout and any existing blueprints, photos and drawings. A multi-dimensional rendering of a new clean room design will be provided with recommendations and strategies for a new/redesigned compliant lab. Deliverable will include preliminary design drafts for architects/engineers. Consultant will hold up to 5 conference calls to review the design renderings and compliance requirements. These calls can include the customer, general contractor, architect and HVAC contractor.
NABP VPP Mock Inspection:
Consultant conducts a 1 day on-site assessment evaluating pharmacy's facility and operations towards applicable National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) Verified Pharmacy Program (VPP) regulation standards. Upon completion of assessment, Spectrum will provide the customer with a VPP findings and remediation report.
Preliminary Lab Design Support:
Consultant supports client by providing off-site lab design support. Reviewing current/proposed lab layouts and/or blueprints, providing recommendations and strategies for new compliant lab, and providing preliminary design drafts for architects/engineers.
U.S. FDA, cGMP Mock Inspection:
Consultant conducts a 1-2 day on-site assessment evaluating pharmacy’s facility and operations towards applicable United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) laws and regulations. Upon completion of assessment, Spectrum will provide the customer with a findings and remediation report.
Off-Site Consulting Support:
Consultant supports client via Phone and Email communication to answer questions regarding Regulatory Compliance, safety, operational and workflow improvement, and preapproved topics of interest to the customer.
DEA Mock Audit:
Consultant conducts a 1 day on-site assessment evaluating pharmacy's operations towards applicable Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Substances (Schedules II-IV) laws and regulations. Upon completion of assessment, Spectrum will provide the customer with a findings and remediation report.
